WARMUP SYSTEM USING RECOVERY OF WASTE HEAT OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
According to the present invention, a warmup system using the recovery of waste heat of a construction machine comprises: an organic Rankine cycle for circulating, in the construction machine having a hydraulic system, a cooling system, and an engine, operating fluid so as to allow the same to successively exchange heat with waste heat or waste energy of the hydraulic system, the cooling system, and the engine; and a turbine to which the operating fluid having circulated through the organic Rankine cycle flows so as to generate mechanical energy for driving the construction machine, wherein if the operating fluid successively exchanging heat with the waste heat or waste energy in operating oil of the hydraulic system, cooling water of the cooling system, and exhaust gas of the engine is not completely evaporated, the operating fluid does not flow toward the turbine and can flow toward the hydraulic system or the cooling system.
Selon la présente invention, un système de réchauffement qui utilise la récupération de chaleur perdue d'un engin de chantier comprend : un cycle de Rankine organique afin de faire circuler, dans l'engin de chantier ayant un système hydraulique, un système de refroidissement et un moteur, un fluide de travail afin de permettre à celui-ci d'échanger successivement de la chaleur avec de la chaleur ou de l'énergie perdue du système hydraulique, du système de refroidissement et du moteur ; une turbine vers laquelle le fluide de travail ayant circulé à travers le cycle de Rankine organique s'écoule de manière à générer une énergie mécanique pour entraîner l'engin de chantier, si le fluide de travail échangeant successivement de la chaleur avec la chaleur ou l'énergie perdue dans l'huile de travail du système hydraulique, avec l'eau de refroidissement du système de refroidissement et le gaz d'échappement du moteur n'est pas complètement évaporé, le fluide de travail ne s'écoulant pas en direction de la turbine et pouvant s'écouler en direction du système hydraulique ou du système de refroidissement.
