A pre-fabricated pole foundation provided includes a cavity to retain pole assembly of different profile, shape, size, and material interchangeably, a tapered structure onto which the pole rests, and recesses or opening(s) in the pole cavity wall enabling foundation hoisting, plumbing and anchoring. The cavity wall may accommodate electronic device enclosures. Fill material provides structural support to the foundation and/or the embedded pole. The foundation structure can be fabricated by casting, molding or printing having volumetric and/or cellular wall structure used with tapered pole shafts, a cap that also provides pole alignment and, a straight pole cavity with straight pole shaft wherein the cavity profile mirrors the pole shaft having slightly larger dimensions. The printed foundation design software is configured to generate optimal foundation sizing requiring little or no human processes from the sending the production file to the printer through the printed foundation completion.
L'invention concerne une fondation de poteau préfabriquée qui comprend une cavité permettant de retenir un ensemble poteau de profil, de forme, de taille et de matériau différents de manière interchangeable, une structure conique sur laquelle repose le poteau et des renfoncements ou une ou plusieurs ouvertures dans la paroi de cavité de poteau permettant le levage, l'aplomb et l'ancrage d'une fondation. La paroi de cavité peut recevoir des enveloppes de dispositif électronique. Le matériau de remplissage fournit un support structural à la fondation et/ou au poteau intégré. La structure de fondation peut être fabriquée par coulée, moulage ou impression ayant une structure de paroi volumétrique et/ou cellulaire utilisée avec des arbres de poteau coniques, un capuchon qui fournit également un alignement de poteau et une cavité de poteau vertical ayant un arbre de poteau vertical, le profil de cavité reflétant l'arbre de poteau ayant des dimensions légèrement plus grandes. Le logiciel de conception de fondation imprimée est configuré de sorte à générer un dimensionnement de fondation optimal nécessitant peu ou pas de processus humains de l'envoi du fichier de production à l'imprimante à l'achèvement de la fondation imprimée.
