METHOD FOR PRODUCING A POROUS SILICIUM CARBIDE CERAMIC BODY AND THE POROUS SILICIUM CARBIDE CERAMIC BODY OBTAINED
The present invention relates to a method for the production of a porous ceramic body, the method comprises the following steps: (i) selecting a ceramic powder; (ii) selecting a binder comprising a pre-ceramic polymer; (iii) mixing the ceramic powder from step (i) with the binder from step (ii) providing a ceramic composition; (iv) coating a porous support with the ceramic composition providing a ceramic coated porous support; (v) heating the ceramic coated porous support to a temperature between 500˚C-1500˚C producing the porous ceramic body.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un corps céramique poreux, le procédé consistant : (i) à sélectionner une poudre céramique ; (ii) à sélectionner un liant comprenant un polymère précéramique ; (iii) à mélanger la poudre céramique de l'étape (i) avec le liant de l'étape (ii) afin d'obtenir une composition céramique ; (iv) à revêtir un support poreux avec la composition céramique afin d'obtenir un support poreux revêtu de céramique ; (v) à chauffer le support poreux revêtu de céramique à une température comprise entre 500 °C et 1500 °C afin de produire le corps céramique poreux.
