CUTTER HEAD AND TOOTH SYSTEM
The present invention provides an cutter head with a blade that is provided with a recess, and a tool which can be inserted in said recess in the blade through a tool holder in such a manner that the tool is completely spaced apart from the blade. The tool holder is preferably formed from a sheet of metal having a substantially uniform thickness. The tool itself, which is preferably an elongated tool, is not axially supported on the top side of the blade, but instead is supported, via the tool holder, on the inner surface of the recess in the blade. The invention further provides a tool and a method of attaching such a tool to a blade of a cutter head.
La présente invention concerne une tête de coupe ayant une lame qui est pourvue d'un évidement, et un outil qui peut être inséré dans ledit évidement dans la lame à travers un porte-outil de telle manière que l'outil soit complètement espacé de la lame. Le porte-outil est, de préférence, formé à partir d'une feuille de métal ayant une épaisseur sensiblement uniforme. L'outil lui-même, qui est, de préférence, un outil allongé, n'est pas supporté axialement sur le côté supérieur de la lame mais est supporté, par le biais du porte-outil, sur la surface interne de l'évidement dans la lame. L'invention porte en outre sur un outil et sur un procédé de fixation d'un tel outil à une lame d'une tête de coupe.

La présente invention concerne une tête de coupe ayant une lame qui est pourvue d'un évidement, et un outil qui peut être inséré dans ledit évidement dans la lame à travers un porte-outil de telle manière que l'outil soit complètement espacé de la lame. Le porte-outil est, de préférence, formé à partir d'une feuille de métal ayant une épaisseur sensiblement uniforme. L'outil lui-même, qui est, de préférence, un outil allongé, n'est pas supporté axialement sur le côté supérieur de la lame mais est supporté, par le biais du porte-outil, sur la surface interne de l'évidement dans la lame. L'invention porte en outre sur un outil et sur un procédé de fixation d'un tel outil à une lame d'une tête de coupe.
