VERFAHREN UND ANLAGE ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON ZEMENT
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zement wird zunächst in einem Zementklinkerprozess Zementklinker aus Zementrohmehl hergestellt, wobei ein schadstoffhaltiges Abgas entsteht. Anschließend wird der Zementklinker in einem Zementmahlprozess in einer Zementmühle zu Zement gemahlen. Dabei wird zumindest einem Teil des beim Zementklinkerprozess entstehenden Abgases Puzzolan zur Einbindung von Schadstoffen zugegeben, das nachfolgend in einem Filter als mit Schadstoffen angereichertes Puzzolan abgeschieden wird. Anschließend wird zumindest ein Teil des mit Schadstoffen angereicherten Puzzolans dem Zementklinker vor und/oder nach der Zementmühle zugegeben.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de ciment consistant dans un premier temps à produire du clinker de ciment à partir de farine brute de ciment au cours d'un processus de production de clinker, ce processus entraînant la formation de gaz résiduaires polluants. Le clinker de ciment est ensuite broyé dans un broyeur à ciment au cours d'un processus de broyage pour obtenir du ciment. Selon l'invention, de la pouzzolane est ajoutée à au moins une partie des gaz résiduaires polluants, formés lors du processus de production de clinker, pour fixer les polluants, cette pouzzolane étant ensuite séparée dans un filtre sous forme de pouzzolane chargée de polluants. Au moins une partie de la pouzzolane chargée de polluants est ensuite ajoutée au clinker de ciment en amont et/ou en aval du broyeur à ciment.
