Verfahren zum Herstellen eines einblasbaren Dämmmaterials (2) aus Stroh (3) umfassend einen Verarbeitungsschritt, bei dem das Stroh (3) in einer Quetscheinrichtung (7) zwischen Walzen (10, 11, 2) gequetscht wird, wobei ein Quetschspalt der Quetscheinrichtung (7) so gewählt ist, dass beim Quetschen die Knoten des Strohs (3) gequetscht werden.
Process for manufacturing a blow-in insulation material (2) made of straw (3), comprising a processing step in which the straw (3) is crushed between rolls (10, 11, 2) in a crushing apparatus (7), a crushing nip in the crushing apparatus (7) being selected in such a way that the straw (3) nodes are crushed during the crushing operation.
L'invention concerne un procédé servant à fabriquer un matériau isolant (2) pouvant être insufflé, composé de paille (3). Le procédé selon l'invention comprend une étape de transformation dans laquelle la paille (3) est aplatie entre des cylindres (10, 11, 2) dans un dispositif d'aplatissement (7). Une fente d'aplatissement du dispositif d'aplatissement (7) est choisie de telle sorte que lors de l'aplatissement, les nœuds de la paille (3) sont aplatis.
