La présente invention concerne un système de fixation permettant de fixer un rail pour des matériels roulants tels que des trains, ledit système de fixation comprenant une plaque de base (13), un matériau élastique (14) et un boîtier rigide (15), la plaque de base (13) étant intégrée dans le matériau élastique (14) et le matériau élastique (14) étant disposé, au moins partiellement, entre la plaque de base (13) et le boîtier rigide (15).
