Provided is a concrete composition that comprises: blast furnace slag; an expanding material and/or cement; and water, wherein the water is included in a unit quantity of at most 130 kg/m3, the contained amount of the cement is at most 22 mass% with respect to the blast furnace slag, and the slump flow value is at least 40 cm.
