WATER DRAIN COMPRISING AN ODOR TRAP AND A METHOD OF INSTALLING SAID WATER DRAIN
A floor drain (10) with an odour trap comrising: • a drain bowl (12) defining a basin receiving water or fluid from externally located sources, • a drainpipe (11) extending upwards through a bottom of the drain bowl at a height below the top end of sidewalls of the drain bowl (12), • an odour cover (15) releasably mounted on an end (13) of the drainpipe (11) inside the drain bowl (15),wherin • channels are arranged inside the odor cover funneling water from the basin of the drain bowl (12) into the drainpipe (11).
Un siphon (10) doté d'un piège à odeurs selon l'invention comprend : une cuvette (12) définissant un bassin recevant de l'eau ou un fluide provenant de sources situées à l'extérieur, un tuyau de drainage (11) s'étendant vers le haut à travers un fond de la cuvette à une hauteur au-dessous de l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi latérale de la cuvette (12), un couvercle antiodeur (15) monté de manière amovible sur une extrémité (13) du tuyau de drainage (11) à l'intérieur de la cuvette (15), des canaux étant agencés à l'intérieur du couvercle antiodeur pour faire couler par un effet d'entonnoir l'eau depuis le bassin de la cuvette (12) vers le tuyau de drainage (11).
