Hinge (10, 110) for doors of kitchen ovens, of the type comprising a first arm (11, 111) to be associated with a door for closing a chamber of an oven, and a second arm (12, 112), articulated to the first arm (11, 111), to be associated with the structure of the oven (53, 153), between the first arm (11, 111) and the second arm (12, 112) there being interposed a kinematic mechanism (13, 113) which is adapted to actuate elastic means (14, 114) for the facilitated closing of the door, between the first arm (11, 111) and the second arm (12, 112) there also being interposed means (15, 115) for slowing the closing movement of the door which act continuously between 40° and 0°, the hinge (10, 110) such as to render the second arm integral with the structure of the oven (53, 153).
