The invention relates to a device (14) for closing a door with priority opening for an openable body section of a motor vehicle, comprising a bolt (16), a lever (20) for driving the bolt (16), a driving cable (36) provided to be pulled by an actuator (50) in order to drive the bolt (16) into the closed position thereof, and a curved sheath (64) that houses the cable (36) and extends from an outlet sheath stop (60) until an inlet sheath stop (62), characterised in that it comprises a disengaging member (52) which supports the outlet sheath (60) and which is designed to occupy a disengaging state in which the disengaging member (52) and the outlet sheath stop (60) are free to move with respect to the frame, so that the driving cable (36) is no longer capable of moving the bolt (16).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (14) de porte à ouverture prioritaire pour ouvrant de véhicule automobile, comportant un pêne (16), un levier d'entraînement (20) du pêne (16), un câble (36) d'entraînement prévu pour être tiré par un actionneur (50) pour entraîner le pêne (16) dans sa position de fermeture, et une gaine (64) sinueuse qui loge le câble (36) et qui s'étend depuis un arrêt de gaine de sortie (60) jusqu'à un arrêt de gaine d'entré (62), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe de débrayage (52) qui porte l'arrêt de gaine de sortie (60) et qui est conçu pour occuper un état de débrayage dans lequel l'organe de débrayage (52) et l'arrêt de gaine de sortie (60) sont libres en mouvement par rapport au bâti, de sorte que le câble (36) d'entraînement n'est plus apte à entraîner le pêne (16) en déplacement.
