Provided is a sterilized water generating device that enables long-term generation of discharge plasma and allows for a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide in sterilized water. A sterilized water generating device 1 is provided with a pair of electrodes 3 between which water 8 is present, wherein at least one of an anode and a cathode of the pair of electrodes 3 is a flat metal plate covered by an anodized coating, and sterilized water is generated by generating countless discharge plasmas in the water on the surface of the anodized coating.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'eau stérilisée qui permet la production à long terme de plasma de décharge et permet une concentration élevée de peroxyde d'hydrogène dans de l'eau stérilisée. Un dispositif de production d'eau stérilisée (1) est pourvu d'une paire d'électrodes (3) entre lesquelles de l'eau (8) est présente, une anode et/ou une cathode de la paire d'électrodes (3) étant une plaque métallique plate recouverte par un revêtement anodisé et de l'eau stérilisée est produite par production d'innombrables plasmas de décharge dans l'eau sur la surface du revêtement anodisé.
