The invention relates to a device for damping vibrations in a structure, comprising a first element (2) rotatably mounted around a rotational axis (3) and a second element (4) rotatably mounted around said rotational axis (3), a radius (R1) of a circle portion (10) delimitating the first element with respect to the rotational axis, being smaller than a radius (r2) of a circle portion (16) delimitating the second element with respect to the rotational axis, the first element being called inner element, and the second element being called outer element.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à amortir les vibrations dans une structure, le dispositif comprenant un premier élément (2) monté rotatif autour d'un axe de rotation (3) et un second élément (4) monté rotatif autour dudit axe de rotation (3), un rayon (R1) d'une partie de cercle (10), délimitant le premier élément par rapport à l'axe de rotation, étant plus petit qu'un rayon (r2) d'une partie de cercle (16) délimitant le second élément par rapport à l'axe de rotation, le premier élément étant appelé élément interne et le second élément étant appelé élément externe.
