PORTABLE BOLLARD AND BARRICADE SYSTEM
A portable bollard for arresting motion of a vehicle includes a post, a base plate coupled to the post, a top plate coupled to the post and spaced apart from the base plate along a length of the post, and a tapered member extending from a surface of the top plate facing the base plate to the post. The tapered member tapers from a wider end at the surface of the top plate to a narrower end at the post. The top plate is rotationally offset from the base plate.
L'invention concerne un bollard portable pour arrêter le mouvement d'un véhicule, qui comprend un montant, une plaque de base couplée au montant, une plaque supérieure couplée au montant et espacée de la plaque de base le long d'une longueur du montant, et un élément effilé s'étendant à partir d'une surface de la plaque supérieure faisant face à la plaque de base jusqu'au montant. L'élément effilé va en rétrécissant d'une extrémité plus large à la surface de la plaque supérieure jusqu'à une extrémité plus étroite au niveau du montant.
