The invention relates to a composite coating comprising a solid matrix of the ceramic type produced via a sol/gel method, in which a lubricating filler is included in the form of crystalline lamellar particles comprising a stack of 2 to 5 carbon sheets. The coating of the invention can be used to improve the tribological behaviour of substrates such as metal substrates in relation to all types of substrates (metal, polymer, ceramic). The invention also relates to a method for producing corresponding coated substrates, to the charged sol which is a precursor of said coating, and to the production method thereof.
La présente invention a trait à un revêtement composite comprenant une matrice solide de type céramique obtenue via un procédé sol/ gel, dans laquelle est incluse une charge lubrifiante sous forme de particules lamellaires cristallines comprenant un empilement de 2 à 5 feuillets de carbone. Le revêtement de l'invention est utile pour améliorer le comportement tribologique de substrats tels que des substrats métalliques vis-à-vis de substrats de toutes natures (métallique, polymère, céramique). La présente invention a également trait au procédé de fabrication des substrats revêtus correspondants, mais également au sol chargé précurseur dudit revêtement et à son procédé de préparation.
