HINGE DEVICE WITH DAMPENING OF END STROKES
A hinged device with dampening of the opening (A) and/or closing (C) end strokes of a door of an appliance comprises a first element (3) to be fixed to a body of the apparatus and a second element (5) to be fixed to the door of said appliance. These first (3) and second (5) elements are hinged by a hinge pin (7) and the door rotates along the opening (A) and closing (C) end strokes and an intermediate (I) stroke around the hinge pin (7). The device (1) comprises a cradle means (11) sliding into the first element (3) and a connecting rod means (13) connected to the cradle means (11) and to the second element (5) for translation, following the door rotation, of the cradle means (11) which slidably houses a damping means (21) of length variable between a minimum and a maximum and provided with sliding members (25, 27) sliding into first slots (31) of the cradle means (11) and into second slots (33) of the first element (3) having a longitudinal extension at least equal to or preferably greater than that of the first slots (31) to which they are facing.
L'invention concerne un dispositif charnière à amortissement des fins de courses d'ouverture (A) et/ou de fermeture (C) d'une porte d'un appareil, lequel dispositif comprend un premier élément (3) destiné à être fixé à un corps de l'appareil et un second élément (5) destiné à être fixé à la porte dudit appareil. Lesdits premier (3) et second (5) éléments sont articulés par une broche de charnière (7) et la porte tourne le long des fins de courses d'ouverture (A) et de fermeture (C) et d'une course intermédiaire (I) autour de la broche de charnière (7). Le dispositif (1) comprend un moyen de support (11) coulissant dans le premier élément (3) et un moyen de bielle (13) relié au moyen de support (11) et au second élément (5) afin de permettre une translation, après la rotation de la porte, du moyen de support (11) qui accueille en coulissement un moyen d'amortissement (21) de longueur variable entre un minimum et un maximum et comportant des éléments coulissants (25, 27) coulissant dans des premières fentes (31) du moyen de support (11) et dans des seconds fentes (33) du premier élément (3) ayant une extension longitudinale au moins égale ou de préférence supérieure à celle des premières fentes (31) auxquelles elles font face.
