BARRIER WINDOW SPACER WITH ENHANCED DURABILITY
The present invention is related to a window spacer comprising: - a spacer substrate (1) comprising two pane contact surfaces (2,3), an adhesive surface (4) and a glazing interior surface (5); - a multilayer barrier film (6) being in contact with the adhesive surface (4) of the spacer substrate (1), wherein said multilayer barrier film (6) comprises: - at least two first polymeric layers (12,22); and - at least two inorganic layers (13,23), said inorganic layers being separated by a second polymeric layer (14), said second polymeric layer having a thickness lower than 5µm, preferably lower than 4µm, more preferably having a thickness between 1µm and 4µm.
La présente invention concerne un élément d'espacement de fenêtre qui comprend : - un substrat d'espacement (1) qui comprend deux surfaces de contact de vitre (2, 3), une surface adhésive (4) et une surface intérieure de vitrage (5); - un film barrière multicouche (6) en contact avec la surface adhésive (4) du substrat d'espacement (1), ledit film barrière multicouche (6) comprenant : au moins deux premières couches polymères (12, 22); et au moins deux couches inorganiques (13, 23), lesdites couches inorganiques étant séparées par une seconde couche polymère (14), ladite seconde couche polymère ayant une épaisseur inférieure à 5 µm, de préférence inférieure à 4 µm, mieux encore ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 1 µm et 4 µm.
