Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgerät (20) mit einem ersten Gerätebauteil (16) und einem zweiten Gerätebauteil (17), wobei das erste Gerätebauteil (17) mittels einer Schwenkvorrichtung (18) schwenkbar an dem zweiten Gerätebauteil (17) angebracht ist und relativ zu dem zweiten Gerätebauteil (17) um eine erste und eine von der ersten verschiedene zweite Schwenkachse (Sa, Sb) verschwenkbar ist, wobei jeder Schwenkachse (Sa, Sb) zumindest ein an dem ersten Gerätebauteil (16) angebrachtes Achselement (19a, 19b) zugeordnet ist, welches drehbar in der Schwenkvorrichtung (18) gelagert ist, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung (18) eine erste und eine zweite Schwenkeinheit (1a, 1b) aufweist; und die erste Schwenkeinheit (1a) ein an dem zweiten Gerätebauteil (17) angebrachtes erstes Halteelement (2a) sowie ein um die erste Schwenkachse (Sa) verschwenkbar an dem ersten Halteelement (2a) angebrachtes erstes Schwenkarmelement (3a) aufweist; und die zweite Schwenkeinheit (1b) ein an dem zweiten Gerätebauteil (17) angebrachtes zweites Halteelement (2b) sowie ein um die zweite Schwenkachse (Sb) verschwenkbar an dem zweiten Halteelement (2b) angebrachtes zweites Schwenkarmelement (3b) aufweist; sowie das der ersten Schwenkachse (Sa) zugeordnete erste Achselement (19a) drehbar in dem zweiten Schwenkarmelement (3b) gelagert ist; das der zweiten Schwenkachse (Sb) zugeordnete zweite Achselement (19b) drehbar in dem ersten Schwenkarmelement (3a) gelagert ist; und das erste Achselement (19b) bereichsweise von dem ersten Halteelement (2a) oder von dem ersten Schwenkarmelement (3a) umgriffen ist oder das zweite Achselement (19b) bereichsweise von dem zweiten Halteelement (2b) oder von dem zweiten Schwenkarmelement (3b) umgriffen ist, um ein Haushaltsgerät (20) mit beidseitig angeschlagener Tür und vereinfachter Schwenkvorrichtung (18) bereitzustellen.
