This sound-proofing box has a plurality of sound-proofing walls each having a sound-proofing structure having: a honeycomb core; a first surface plate and a second surface plate which sandwich the honeycomb core; and through-holes perforated in the first surface plate, wherein the plurality of sound-proofing walls has two or more types of sound-proofing walls having different frequency characteristics from each other. This sound-proofing box is thin and lightweight, and is capable of achieving high stiffness and broadband sound-proofing.
