Provided are a production method for a granulated article, and a granulated article production facility in which a raw material containing coal ash, a solidifying member, and water are ground, wherein: the granulated article production facility comprises a granulator that granulates the raw material and discharges a wet granulated article, and a powder-depositing machine that temporarily stores fine granules of less than a predetermined size among the cured granulated article and deposits the fine granules on the wet granulated article discharged from the granulator; and the production facility is used in the method for producing a granulated article.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un produit granulé et une installation de production de produit granulé, dans lesquels une matière première contenant des cendres de charbon, un composant de solidification et de l'eau est broyée. L'installation de production de produit granulé comprend un granulateur qui granule la matière première et produit en sortie un produit granulé humide et une machine de dépôt de poudre qui stocke temporairement des granulés fins du produit granulé durci ayant une taille inférieure à une taille prédéfinie et dépose les granulés fins sur le produit granulé humide amené à sortir du granulateur; et l'installation de production est utilisée dans le procédé pour la production d'un produit granulé.
