The present invention relates to a low-temperature fired, lead-free glass frit, a paste, and a vacuum glass assembly using same. The glass frit according to the present invention has a novel component system comprising P2O5, V2O5, TeO2, CuO, ZnO, and BaO at a characteristic composition ratio of the present invention, and thus can replace a conventional lead-based glass composition and can be low-temperature fired, and the glass frit has a thermal expansion coefficient matching to a glass base material while containing no inorganic filler or a minimized content of inorganic filler, thereby causing no peeling or destruction and showing an excellent durability effect.
La présente invention concerne une fritte de verre sans plomb cuite à basse température, une pâte et un ensemble verre sous vide l'utilisant. La fritte de verre selon la présente invention comporte un nouveau système de composants comprenant P2O5, V2O5, TeO2, CuO, ZnO et BaO à un rapport de composition caractéristique de la présente invention, et peut ainsi remplacer une composition de verre à base de plomb classique et être cuite à basse température. La fritte de verre présente également un coefficient de dilatation thermique correspondant à un matériau de base en verre tout en ne contenant aucune charge inorganique ou une teneur réduite au minimum de charge inorganique, ce qui ne provoque pas de pelage ni de destruction et présente un excellent effet de durabilité.
본 발명은 무연계 저온 소성 글라스 프릿, 페이스트 및 이를 이용한 진공 유리 조립체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 글라스 프릿은 P2O5, V2O5, TeO2, CuO, ZnO 및 BaO 를 본 발명 특유의 조성비로 포함한 새로운 성분계를 가짐으로써 종래의 유연계 글라스 조성물을 대체하고 저온 소성이 가능하며, 무기 필러를 포함하지 않거나 무기 필러의 함량을 최소화하면서도 유리 기재와의 열팽창 계수가 매칭되어 박리 내지는 파손 현상이 발생하지 않고 내구성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
