METHOD FOR DEGREASING CERAMIC MOLDED BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC SINTERED BODY
A ceramic molded body which comprises a ceramic powder and an organic binder, said ceramic molded body containing an oxidizable ceramic powder as the ceramic powder, or containing an oxidizable metal or metal compound, or being in contact with a solid body containing an oxidizable metal or metal compound. This ceramic molded body is heated in a hydrogen atmosphere at a temperature raising/lowering speed exceeding 25°C/h until reaching a maximum temperature that is preset within a range of 1100-1400°C inclusive, and then degreased at the maximum temperature.
L'invention concerne un corps moulé en céramique qui comprend une poudre de céramique et un liant organique, ledit corps moulé en céramique contenant une poudre de céramique oxydable en tant que poudre de céramique ou contenant un métal ou composé métallique oxydable ou étant en contact avec un corps solide contenant un métal ou composé métallique oxydable. Ce corps moulé en céramique est chauffé dans une atmosphère d'hydrogène à une vitesse de montée/baisse de température dépassant 25°C/h jusqu'à atteindre une température maximale qui est préréglée dans une plage de 1100 à 1400°C, bornes incluses, puis dégraissé à la température maximale.
セラミック粉末及び有機バインダを含むセラミック成形体は、セラミック粉末として被酸化性のセラミック粉末を含むか、被酸化性の金属又は金属化合物を含むか、被酸化性の金属又は金属化合物を含む固形体と接しているものである。このセラミック成形体を水素雰囲気中１１００℃以上１４００℃以下の範囲内で定めた最高温度に達するまで２５℃／ｈを超える昇降温速度で昇降温させたあとその最高温度で脱脂する。
