METHOD FOR PREPARING AN IMPROVED FINISHED CONCRETE PRODUCT
A method for preparing and finishing concrete is disclosed, comprising preparing a cement surface by a process comprising the admixture addition, to an industrial concrete mixer/pourer, of a formulation comprising nanosilica, after some or all water is combined and mixed with cement mix, sand and aggregate; followed by pouring and floating; followed by the addition, before or during combination, to the concrete surface, of a formulation comprising water, an alpha-hydroxy acid, a glycol alkyl ether and a polyethylene glycol.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation et de finition de béton, comprenant la préparation d'une surface de ciment par un procédé comprenant l'ajout d'un mélange, à un mélangeur/verseur de béton industriel, d'une formulation comprenant de la nanosilice, après que toute ou partie de l'eau est combinée et mélangée avec un mélange de ciment, du sable et de l'agrégat ; suivi de la coulée et du flottement ; suivi de l'ajout, avant ou pendant la combinaison, à la surface du béton, d'une formulation comprenant de l'eau, un acide alpha-hydroxy, un éther alcoylique de glycol et un glycol polyéthylénique.
