Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier mit zwei relativ zueinander zwischen einer geschlossenen Grundstellung und einer zweiten Stellung im einen Schwenkwinkelbereich schwenkbaren Schenkeln wobei ein erster Schenkel eine erste Führungskulisse aufweist, wobei das Scharnier eine entlang der Schwenkachse verschiebbare zweite Führungskulisse aufweist, die mit der ersten Führungskulisse kontaktierbar ist und wobei bei einer Bewegung der beiden Schenkel in Richtung der Grundstellung mittels der zweiten Führungskulisse zumindest eine Zylinder- Kolben-Einheit belastbar ist. Die zweite Führungskulisse ist mit dem zweiten Schenkel in einem an die Grundstellung angrenzenden ersten Teilschwenkwinkelbereich und mit dem ersten Schenkel in einem an die zweite Stellung angrenzenden zweiten Teilschwenkwinkelbereich drehstarr kuppelbar. Das Scharnier weist eine starr mit dem zweiten Schenkel verbundene erste Steuerkulisse und eine diese kontaktierende, mit der ersten Führungskulisse verdrehsicher gekoppelte zweite Steuerkulisse auf. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Scharnier mit einer mehrstufigen Öffnung entwickelt.

L'invention concerne une charnière pourvue de deux branches pouvant pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre entre une position de base fermée et une deuxième position dans une plage angulaire de pivot, une première branche comportant une première coulisse de guidage, la charnière comportant une deuxième coulisse de guidage pouvant être déplacée le long de l'axe de pivot, qui peut être mise en contact avec la première coulisse de guidage et au moins une unité à cylindre et piston pouvant être chargée au moyen de la deuxième coulisse de guidage lors d'un mouvement des deux branches en direction de la position de base. La deuxième coulisse de guidage peut être couplée solidairement en rotation à la deuxième branche dans une première plage angulaire partielle de pivot adjacente à la position de base et à la première branche dans une deuxième plage angulaire partielle de pivot adjacente à la deuxième position. La charnière comporte une première coulisse de commande reliée de manière rigide à la deuxième branche et une deuxième coulisse de commande en contact avec celle-ci couplée sans rotation à la première coulisse de guidage.
