VERFAHREN ZUR VEREDLUNG EINER BEREITGESTELLTEN BAUPLATTE
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Veredelung einer bereitgestellten Bauplatte (1) aus einem Holzwerkstoff, insbesondere MDF oder HDF, mit einer Oberseite (2) und einer Unterseite (9), wobei mindestens in die Oberseite (2) in einem ersten Prägeschritt ein Relief als erste streifenförmig ausgebildete Vertiefungen (5) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandungen (5.1, 5.2), einer diese verbindenden Bodenwandung (5.3) und einer Tiefe (T) geprägt wird eingeprägt wird, und anschließend auf die geprägte Oberseite (2) der Bauplatte (1) ein Dekor (3) aufgedruckt und das Dekor (3) anschließend durch Aufbringen einer abriebfesten Schicht (4) versiegelt wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass weitere in einem Winkel (α) quer zu den ersten Vertiefungen (5) verlaufende Vertiefungen (6) eingeprägt werden, und die großformatige bereitgestellte Bauplatte (1) in einzelne Paneele aufgeteilt wird, indem in und entlang der Vertiefungen (5, 6) jeweils ein Sägeschnitt ausgeführt wird.
