Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftfahrzeug (100), umfassend ein bewegbar an einer Lagerstelle (108) des Kraftfahrzeugs gehaltenes Flügelelement (110) sowie eine Verstellvorrichtung (10), mittels welcher das Flügelelement zwisehen einer Schließstellung (114), in welcher das Flügelelement eine Öffnung (102) des Kraftfahrzeugs verschließt und einer Offenstellung (112) verlagerbar ist, wobei die Verstellvorrichtung eine Federkomponente (20) umfasst, welche einerseits zumindest mittelbar mit dem Flügelelement und andererseits zumindest mittelbar mit einem Haltebereich (104) des Kraftfahrzeugs gekoppelt ist und welche ein Hülsenelement (30) sowie ein Kolbenelement (40) umfasst, welches bereichsweise in einen Hülseninnenraum (31) des Hülsenelements eingeführt und beim Verlagern des Flügelelements zwischen der Schließstellung und der Offenstellung relativ zu dem Hülsenelement verschiebbar ist. Die Federkomponente ist als Federbein ausgebildet und umfasst eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (60), zur Dämpfung beim Verschieben des Kolbenelements relativ zu dem Hülsenelement beim Verlagern des Flügelelements zwischen der Offenstellung und der Schließstellung.
