The present invention relats to an automatic sterile stool collector for automatically collecting a stool sample of a user. An automatic sterile stool collector according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sampling device which can be installed in a toilet bowl to automatically collect stool and which receives a sampling kit to collect stool; and a controller for controlling the movement of the sampling device, wherein the sampling device comprises: a gripper for fixing one end of the sampling kit; a robot arm connected to the gripper; and an actuator unit for operating the robot arm to adjust the location of the gripper. The present invention with the features as above has the advantage of enabling supply of the sampling kit and collection and storage of stool samples to be automatically performed, thus enabling smooth collection of stool samples, and at the same time, stable storage of the collected stool samples. Moreover, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the automatic sterile stool collector may further comprise a bead-beating device for crushing the stool sample collected by the sampling kit. The stool sample can be stored in DNA units, and thus is easy to store for a long time.
