The present invention provides: a transparent resin film with which it is possible to impart exceptional design properties to a decorative board, the transparent resin film having exceptional adhesive capabilities with respect to a design layer; a decorative board obtained using the transparent resin film; and a method for producing the decorative board. The present invention pertains to a transparent resin film for protecting a design layer that is laminated on one side of a base material, wherein the transparent resin film is characterized in that: a relief pattern shape is formed on the side of the transparent resin film where the design layer is laminated; and the maximum height roughness Rz, as defined in JIS B0601 (2001), of the relief pattern shape is within the range of 15-70 μm.
La présente invention concerne : un film de résine transparent grâce auquel il est possible de conférer des propriétés esthétiques exceptionnelles à un panneau décoratif, le film de résine transparent ayant un pouvoir adhésif exceptionnel par rapport à une couche à motifs ; un panneau décoratif obtenu à l'aide du film de résine transparent ; et un procédé de production du panneau décoratif. La présente invention concerne un film de résine transparent permettant de protéger une couche à motifs qui est stratifiée sur un côté d'un matériau de base, le film de résine transparent étant caractérisé en ce qu'une forme de motif en relief est formée sur le côté du film de résine transparent où la couche à motifs est stratifiée ; et en ce que la rugosité de hauteur maximale Rz, telle que définie dans la norme JIS B0601 (2001), de la forme de motif en relief se situe dans la plage de 15 à 70 µm.
