STRUCTURE AND TOOL FOR CONNECTING COLUMN AND HORIZONTAL MEMBER
The present invention provides a structure and tool that are for connecting a column and a horizontal member and that are capable of reducing the amount of deflection of the horizontal member. This structure for connecting a column 4 and a horizontal member 5 is provided with the column 4, the horizontal member 5 placed on the upper end surface of the column 4, and a connecting tool 7 for connecting the column 4 and the horizontal member 5. The connecting tool 7 is provided with at least one first mounting part 73, an opposing part 74, and at least one second mounting part 75. The first mounting part 73 faces a lateral surface of the column 4 and is mounted to said lateral surface. The opposing part 74 is provided to the first mounting part 73 so as to face the undersurface of the horizontal member 5. The second mounting part 75 is provided to the opposing part 74 so as to face a lateral surface of the horizontal member 5, and is mounted to said lateral surface.
