NONCOMBUSTIBLE FOAM
[Problem] To provide a noncombustible foam having excellent noncombustion properties such as shape retention properties as evaluated in a heat generation test. [Solution] This noncombustible foam is produced by impregnating or applying a noncombustible dispersion solution containing a liquid glass, silica sol and water to an open-cell melamine foam, where the SiO2/M2O molar ratio (M is Na and/or K) of the noncombustible dispersion solution is 4.3-8.0.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une mousse non combustible ayant d'excellentes propriétés de non-combustion, telles que des propriétés de rétention de forme telles qu'évaluées dans un test de génération de chaleur. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une mousse non combustible qui est produite par imprégnation ou application d'une solution de dispersion non combustible contenant un verre liquide, un sol de silice et de l'eau dans/à une mousse de mélamine à cellules ouvertes, le rapport molaire SiO2/M2O (M étant Na et/ou K) de la solution de dispersion non combustible étant de 4,3 à 8,0.
