HEALTH ARTIFICIAL PEARL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a health artificial pearl and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to: a health artificial pearl formed by spray-drying and pressure-firing a functional mineral that emits anions and radiates far infrared rays, so as to form a core with high compressive strength, and by coating the surface of the core with an artificial pearl composition, which is nontoxic to the human body; and a manufacturing method therefor. The method for manufacturing a health artificial pearl comprises: (S100) a material pretreatment step of wet-grinding a functional mineral that emits anions and radiates far infrared rays so as to form a wet-ground solution, and spray drying the wet-ground solution so as to prepare a powder for press forming; (S200) a press forming step of injecting, into a press forming apparatus, the powder for press forming so as to form a core, and high-temperature-firing the core; (S300) a core polishing step of polishing the high-temperature-fired core; and (S400) a coating step of coating the polished core with an artificial pearl composition.
La présente invention concerne une perle artificielle de santé et son procédé de fabrication et, plus spécifiquement : une perle artificielle de santé formée par séchage par pulvérisation et cuisson sous pression d'un minéral fonctionnel qui émet des anions et rayonne des rayons infrarouges lointains, de manière à former un noyau ayant une résistance à la compression élevée, et par revêtement de la surface du noyau avec une composition de perle artificielle, qui est non toxique pour le corps humain ; et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication d'une perle artificielle de santé comprend : (S100) une étape de prétraitement de matériau consistant à broyer par voie humide un minéral fonctionnel qui émet des anions et rayonne des rayons infrarouges lointains de façon à former une solution broyée par voie humide, et sécher par pulvérisation la solution broyée par voie humide de façon à préparer une poudre pour la formation à la presse ; (S200) une étape de formation à la presse consistant à injecter, dans un appareil de formation à la presse, la poudre pour la formation à la presse de manière à former un noyau, et à cuire à haute température le noyau ; (S300) une étape de polissage de noyau consistant à polir le noyau cuit à haute température ; et (S400) une étape de revêtement consistant à revêtir le noyau poli avec une composition de perle artificielle.
본 발명은 건강 인조진주 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 음이온 및 원적외선을 발산하는 음이온 방출 및 원적외선을 방사하는 기능성 광물을 분무건조 및 가압소성시켜 높은 압축강도를 갖는 코어를 형성하고, 상기 코어의 표면에 인체 무독성의 인조진주조성물을 도포하여 형성되는 건강 인조진주 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 건강 인조진주의 제조방법은 음이온 방출 및 원적외선을 방사하는 기능성 광물을 습식분쇄하여 습식분쇄액을 형성하고, 상기 습식분쇄액을 분무건조하여 가압성형용 분말을 제조하는 원료 전처리단계(S100);와 상기 가압성형용 분말을 가압성형장치에 투입하여 코어를 형성하고, 상기 코어를 고온소성하는 가압성형단계(S200);와 고온소성된 코어를 연마하는 코어 연마단계(S300);와 연마된 코어에 인공진주조성물을 도포하는 코팅단계(S400)를 포함한다.
