An oblong door seal for sealing the threshold gap of up-and-over doors in buildings e.g. in garages in order to repel mice and rats, and for cushioning the underside of the door blade comprising A) an outer polymer material defining the form of the seal and made from one or more polymer materials e.g. thermoplastic elastomers, B) at least 1 oblong sealing section intended to seal the threshold gap, C) at least one rodent proofing barrier comprising a plurality of substantially parallel elongated metal members embedded in the outer material of a sealing section with the elongated metal members arranged substantially in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the door seal and at some distance to each other preferably arranged with substantially equal spacing, and D)at least one mounting section intended to be fastened to the door blade.
La présente invention concerne un joint de porte oblong permettant de sceller l'espace de seuil de portes basculantes dans des bâtiments, par exemple dans des garages afin de repousser les souris et les rats, et permettant d'amortir la face inférieure de la lame de porte comprenant A) un matériau polymère externe délimitant la forme du joint et réalisé à partir d'un ou plusieurs matériaux polymères, par exemple des élastomères thermoplastiques, B) au moins une section de scellement oblongue destinée à sceller l'espace de seuil, C) au moins une barrière anti-rongeurs comprenant une pluralité d'éléments métalliques allongés sensiblement parallèles incorporés dans le matériau externe d'une section de scellement avec les éléments métalliques allongés disposés sensiblement en parallèle à la direction longitudinale du joint de porte et à une certaine distance les uns des autres, de préférence dotés d'un espacement sensiblement égal, et D) au moins une section de montage destinée à être fixée à la lame de porte.
