SAFETY ROAD BARRIER
The present invention relates to a safety road barrier (10), more particularly to a road barrier of the type comprising a body (12) made of concrete, possibly reinforced concrete, which can be temporarily installed and then removed. The road barrier according to the invention, seen in cross-section, comprises three arms, namely a first upper arm (14), which is substantially vertical, and a pair of lower arms (16a, 16b) which are inclined and arranged to rest on the ground. Thanks to the structure of the road barrier (10) according to the invention, said barrier (10) tend to tilt over: by virtue of such tilting over, the road barrier (10) can intercept the bottom of the body of said vehicle and lift the vehicle upwards until loss of contact between the vehicle wheels and the ground occurs. In this way, advancement of the vehicle can be effectively stopped.
La présente invention concerne une barrière de sécurité routière (10), plus particulièrement une barrière routière du type comprenant un corps (12) en béton, éventuellement en béton armé, qui peut être temporairement installé puis retiré. La barrière routière selon l'invention, vue en coupe, comprend trois bras, à savoir un premier bras supérieur (14) sensiblement vertical, et une paire de bras inférieurs (16a, 16b) inclinés et agencés pour reposer sur le sol. Grâce à la structure de la barrière routière (10) selon l'invention, ladite barrière (10) tend à basculer: grâce à un tel basculement, la barrière routière (10) peut intercepter le fond du corps dudit véhicule et soulever le véhicule vers le haut jusqu'à ce qu'une perte de contact entre les roues du véhicule et le sol se produise. De cette manière, l'avancement du véhicule peut être efficacement arrêté.
