Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Substrats angegeben, in dem ein Grünfolienstapel (10) gebildet wird, der erste Grünfolien (1) und zweite Grünfolien (2), die jeweils als Hauptbestandteil ein Keramikmaterial enthalten, umfasst, wobei die zweiten Grünfolien (2) zusätzlich zum Keramikmaterial noch ein Sinterhilfsmittel enthalten. Weiterhin wird ein Substrat (20) bereitgestellt, das mittels des Verfahrens hergestellt wird.
The invention relates to a method for producing a substrate, wherein a green sheet stack (10) is formed comprising first green sheets (1) and second green sheets (2), each of which contains a ceramic material as the main component, wherein the second green sheets (2) contain a sintering aid in addition to the ceramic material. The invention also relates to a substrate (20) which is produced using the method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat, selon lequel un empilement de feuilles crues (10) est formé, ledit empilement comprenant des premières feuilles crues (1) et des secondes feuilles crues (2), qui contiennent chacune comme constituant principal un matériau céramique, les secondes feuilles crues (2) contenant encore, en plus du matériau céramique, un agent auxiliaire de frittage. L'invention concerne également un substrat (20) qui est fabriqué au moyen dudit procédé.
