FRONT LEG OF MOVABLE FORMWORK
A front leg of a movable formwork, wherein a middle leg (2) enters an area between two bottom beams (11), at front and rear ends, that have been turned when the middle leg moves with the movable formwork, enters an area between two upper beams (8) that are turned, and is finally removed from the front leg, so that the middle leg (2) follows the whole through hole of the movable formwork and is placed in position with the next span. Since two support frames (5) of the front leg are located on the left and right sides of the middle leg (2), the support structure is changed. Compared to the structure of traditional movable formworks supported by a single fulcrum at the center of gravity, the present invention will not have the problem of eccentricity. At the same time, when moving the through hole of the formwork, the upper beams (8) and the bottom beams (11) are turned, so that the space interference problem with the front leg is effectively avoided when the middle leg (2) is moved.
L'invention concerne un pied avant d'un coffrage mobile, où un pied central (2) entre dans une zone entre deux poutres inférieures (11), à des extrémités avant et arrière, qui ont été tournées lorsque le pied central se déplace avec le coffrage mobile, entre dans une zone entre deux poutres supérieures (8) qui sont tournées, et est finalement retiré du pied avant, de telle sorte que le pied central (2) suit l'ensemble du trou traversant du coffrage mobile et est placé en position avec la portée suivante. Comme deux cadres de support (5) du pied avant sont situés sur les côtés gauche et droit du pied central (2), la structure de support est changée. 一种移动模架前支腿，中支腿（2）跟所移动模架移动时进入已经翻转的前端和后端的两个底横梁（11）之间的区域，进入翻转的两个上横梁（8）之间的区域，最终从前支腿中移出，实现中支腿（2）跟随移动模架整体过孔，并与下一跨就位。由于前支腿的两个支撑框架（5）位于中支腿（2）的左右两侧，因此改变了支撑结构，相对于传统移动模架在重心处的单支点支撑的结构，其不会产生偏心的问题。同时在移动模架过孔时，通过翻转上横梁（8）和底横梁（11），使中支腿（2）移动时有效避免了与前支腿的空间干涉问题。
