GREENHOUSE CEILING OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a greenhouse ceiling opening/closing device comprising: a frame cradled and fixed to the center of the upper portion of a greenhouse; multiple rotating portions formed on the outer surface of the frame, both sides of the rotating portions being connected to one ends of rotating racks for opening/closing the upper portion of the greenhouse such that the rotating rack can rotate; and a connecting portion for connecting the other ends of the rotating racks to each other such that the rotating racks connected to the multiple rotating portions, respectively, can rotate simultaneously. Each rotating portion comprises: a support rack formed to surround the outer surface of the frame, the front, rear, and lower surfaces of the support rack being open, multiple support stages being formed on both side surfaces of the support rack so as to protrude to the outer surface; a rotating shaft inserted into the support stages formed on the support rack so as to rotate freely; and a rotating body having one end shaft-coupled to the rotating shaft and formed to be able to rotate with reference to the rotating shaft, the other end of the rotating body being open such that the rotating racks can be inserted therein. Each support rack further comprises multiple spokes on both side surfaces and upper surface thereof such that, when the rotating body rotates, the support rack is prevented from being spaced apart from the frame or deformed by the load. The rotating bodies are fixed to both sides of the support racks on the same line, respectively, such that the load delivered to the rotating bodies by the connecting portion is evenly delivered to both sides of the frame through the support racks.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture de toit de serre comprenant : un bâti appuyé sur le centre de la partie supérieure d'une serre et fixé à cette dernière ; de multiples parties tournantes formées sur la surface extérieure du bâti, les deux côtés des parties tournantes étant reliés à des extrémités d'éléments tournants formant rail pour ouvrir/fermer la partie supérieure de la serre, de telle sorte que l'élément tournant formant rail peut tourner ; et une partie de liaison destinée à relier les autres extrémités des éléments tournants formant rail les unes aux autres de telle sorte que les éléments tournants formant rail, reliés respectivement aux multiples parties tournantes, peuvent tourner simultanément. Chaque partie tournante comprend : un élément formant rail de support formé pour entourer la surface extérieure du bâti, l'avant, l'arrière, et des surfaces inférieures de l'élément formant rail de support étant ouverts, de multiples étages de support étant formés sur les deux surfaces latérales de l'élément formant rail de support de façon à faire saillie vers la surface extérieure ; un arbre tournant inséré dans les étages de support formés sur l'élément formant rail de support de façon à tourner librement ; et un corps tournant comprenant un arbre d'extrémité couplé à l'arbre tournant et formé de façon à pouvoir tourner par rapport à l'arbre tournant, l'autre extrémité du corps tournant étant ouverte de telle sorte que les éléments formant rail peuvent y être insérés. Chaque élément formant rail de support comprend en outre de multiples rayons sur les deux surfaces latérales et la surface supérieure de celui-ci de telle sorte que, lorsque le corps tournant tourne, l'élément formant rail de support est empêché d'être espacé du bâti ou déformé par la charge. Les corps tournant sont fixés aux deux côtés des éléments formant rail de support sur la même ligne, respectivement, de telle sorte que la charge délivrée aux corps tournants par la partie de liaison est répartie uniformément sur les deux côtés du bâti par l'intermédiaire des éléments formant rail de support.
본 발명은 온실하우스용 천장 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 온실하우스의 상부 중앙에 거치되어 고정되는 프레임과, 프레임의 외면에 형성되며 양측에는 온실하우스의 상부를 개폐하는 회동대의 일단과 연결되고 회동대가 회동될 수 있도록 하는 복수 개의 회동부와, 복수 개의 회동부에 각각 연결된 회동대가 동시에 회동될 수 있도록 회동대의 타단을 서로 연결하는 연결부를 포함하며, 회동부는 전면, 후면, 하면이 개구되어 있어 프레임의 외면을 감싸도록 형성되며 양측면에는 각각 외면으로 돌출되는 복수 개의 지지단이 형성된 지지대와, 지지대에 형성된 지지단에 삽입되어 자유 회전되는 회동축과, 일단은 회동축에 축 결합되어 회동축을 기준으로 회동될 수 있도록 형성되고, 타단은 회동대가 내부로 삽입될 수 있도록 개구된 회동체로 이루어지며, 지지대의 양측면 및 상부면에는 회동체가 회동될 때 하중에 의해 지지대가 프레임으로부터 이격되거나 변형되지 않도록 방지하는 복수 개의 힘살을 더 포함하며, 회동체는 지지대의 양측 동일선상에 각각 고정되어 있어 연결부에 의해 회동체로 전달되는 하중이 지지대를 통해 프레임 양측으로 균일하게 전달될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
