Disclosed is a coating layer-attached continuous ceramic fiber which is characterized by being composed of a continuous ceramic fiber having, on the surface thereof, a metal compound coating layer having a thickness of at most 50 nm. Also disclosed is a ceramic matrix composite material having said coating layer-attached continuous ceramic fiber.
L'invention concerne une fibre céramique continue fixée à une couche de revêtement qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle est composée d'une fibre céramique continue comportant, sur sa surface, une couche de revêtement à base d'un composé métallique présentant une épaisseur ne dépassant pas 50 nm. L'invention concerne également un matériau composite à matrice céramique comportant ladite fibre céramique continue fixée à une couche de revêtement.
