METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING VERTICAL CONCRETE STRUCTURE BY USING VERTICAL-DEGREE MANAGEMENT BASED ON LASER PHOTOGRAPHING AND PRECISELY EXPANSION-ADJUSTABLE MOLD DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method wherein, when a vertical concrete structure such as a concrete column and a main tower is constructed using a mold, the vertical degree thereof is monitored using irradiation of laser beam and thus the concrete structure is managed precisely so as to be constructed in a condition corresponding to a planned vertical degree of the concrete structure. By the method using a mold having a cross-section, the size of which is changeable, a changing concrete structure can be precisely constructed.
La présente invention concerne un procédé se rapportant à la construction d'une structure verticale en béton telle qu'une colonne en béton et une tour principale à l'aide d'un moule, une telle construction nécessite la surveillance du degré vertical de construction à l'aide d'une irradiation de faisceau laser, la structure en béton étant ainsi gérée de manière précise de façon à être construite dans une condition correspondant à un degré vertical planifié de la structure en béton. Le procédé utilise un moule ayant une section transversale dont la taille peut être modifiée, une structure en béton modifiable peut être construite avec précision.
본 발명은 콘크리트 기둥, 주탑 등의 수직한 콘크리트 구조물을 거푸집을 이용하여 시공할 때, 레이져 광선의 조사(照射)를 이용하여 그 연직도를 모니터링함으로써, 콘크리트 구조물의 계획된 연직도에 부합되는 상태로 시공되도록 정밀하게 관리함과 동시에, 단면의 크기가 변하는 거푸집을 이용함으로써 변화되는 콘크리트 구조물을 정밀하게 시공하게 되는 방법에 관한 것이다.
