A crucible having a heat treated body. The heat treated body comprises a composition including an oxide material, from 5 wt% to 50 wt% a nitride material, and optionally a sintering aid. A weight ratio of the nitride material to the oxide material ranges from 0.02:1 to 2.0:1. The heat treated body has an oxide material lattice structure with nitride material at least partially encapsulated therein.
L'invention concerne un creuset ayant un corps traité thermiquement. Le corps traité thermiquement comprend une composition comprenant un matériau de type oxyde, de 5 % en poids à 50 % en poids d'un matériau de type nitrure et éventuellement un auxiliaire de frittage. Un rapport pondéral du matériau de type nitrure au matériau de type oxyde va de 0,02:1 à 2,0:1. Le corps traité thermiquement a une structure maillée de matériau de type oxyde avec du matériau de type nitrure au moins en partie encapsulé dans celle-ci.
