SOLID DEFOAMING AGENT FOR SELF-LEVELING MORTAR AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A solid defoaming agent for a self-leveling mortar and a preparation method therefor. On one hand, a high-carbon alcohol is used for the high-temperature treatment of white carbon black, which improves the defoaming ability of the defoaming agent at the surface of a self-leveling mortar system; at the same time, a carrier is sprayed using the high-carbon alcohol to improve the storage stability of the defoaming agent and improve the degassing performance of the defoaming agent; on the other hand, the presence of a hydrophilic group in a polyether increases the emulsification and dispersion effect of the polyether, and improves the compatibility of the defoaming agent in the mortar; the prepared defoaming agent is specially used for defoaming and foam suppression in a high-speed shear mixing process of a self-leveling mortar containing various additives. Compared to traditional defoaming agents, the present defoaming agent has a simple preparation method and has good defoaming and foam suppression properties, does not affect the stability of the self-leveling mortar system, and may improve the compressive strength of the self-leveling mortar.
L'invention concerne un agent antimousse solide pour mortier auto-nivelant et son procédé de préparation.
