MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLABS, ALSO STRUCTURAL SLABS, OF STONE MATERIAL
The present invention relates to the field of manufacturing of slabs, including structural slabs, of stone material. The manufacturing method of slabs, including structural slabs, of stone material is characterized by the following steps: applying glue on a first slab of stone material; applying a textile fiber canvas on said slab of stone material; applying glue on said textile fiber canvas; placing a second slab of stone material on said textile fiber canvas; placing the layers in an airtight bag and sucking in the air from said bag, to create a "vacuum"; crushing the slabs of stone material; positioning the airtight bag containing the crushed layers of stone material on a mold that duplicates the shape to be obtained; injecting a glue into the vacuum bag; grinding the slabs of stones material until obtaining a smooth surface.
La présente invention concerne le domaine de la fabrication de dalles, y compris des dalles structurales, de matériau en pierre. Le procédé de fabrication de dalles, y compris des dalles structurales, de matériau en pierre est caractérisé par les étapes suivantes consistant à : appliquer de la colle sur une première dalle de matériau en pierre ; appliquer une toile de fibres textiles sur ladite dalle de matériau en pierre ; appliquer de la colle sur ladite toile de fibres textiles ; placer une seconde dalle de matériau en pierre sur ladite toile de fibres textiles ; placer les couches dans un sac étanche à l'air et aspirer l'air à partir dudit sac, pour créer un « vide » ; broyer les dalles de matériau en pierre ; positionner le sac étanche à l'air contenant les couches broyées de matériau en pierre sur un moule qui duplique la forme à obtenir ; injecter une colle dans le sac sous vide ; broyer les dalles de matériau en pierre jusqu'à obtenir une surface lisse.
