A method for constructing buildings is disclosed, comprising the steps of: providing a frame comprised of metal beams; providing an outer closing panel system through a plurality of outer panels having an outer surface facing the outside of the building, and an inner surface facing the inside of the building; applying a layer of expandable polymerizable resin to the inner surface of the outer panels; curing the resin, thus forming a monolithic structure comprising a layer of cured resin and the outer panels; applying, inside the resin layer, at least one finishing structure.
L'invention concerne un procédé de construction de bâtiments, comprenant les étapes consistant : à fournir un cadre constitué de poutres métalliques; à fournir un système de panneau de fermeture externe par le biais d'une pluralité de panneaux externes ayant une surface externe faisant face à l'extérieur du bâtiment, et une surface interne faisant face à l'intérieur du bâtiment; à appliquer une couche de résine polymérisable expansible sur la surface interne des panneaux externes; à durcir la résine, formant ainsi une structure monolithique comprenant une couche de résine durcie et les panneaux externes; à appliquer, à l'intérieur de la couche de résine, au moins une structure de finition.
