The present invention provides a system and the like with which it is possible to decrease the data communication load for outputting environment information, while also avoiding an excessive reduction in the amount of environment information in a suitable form from the standpoint of each of a plurality of operators suitably ascertaining a work machine environment in accordance with the remote operation skill or the like of each of the plurality of operators. According to this remote operation system or a remote operation server 20 constituting the same, a "communication resource allocation process" is executed in accordance with operator skill or the like so as to allocate communication resources to a plurality of remote operation devices 10. An "environment information control process" is executed so as to decrease the amount of environment data such that the information reduction amount of one or a plurality of low environment information factors (which signifies the reduction amount of environment information due to a change in said environment information factor) is larger than the information reduction amount of one or a plurality of high environment information factors. The environment information control process is executed in a different mode in accordance with allocated resource differences.
La présente invention concerne un système et analogue qui permet de réduire la charge de communication de données pour délivrer en sortie des informations d'environnement, tout en évitant également une réduction excessive de la quantité d'informations d'environnement sous une forme appropriée du point de vue de chacun d'une pluralité d'opérateurs pour déterminer de manière appropriée un environnement d'engin de chantier en fonction des compétences de manœuvre à distance ou analogue de chacun de la pluralité d'opérateurs. Selon l'invention, ledit système de manœuvre à distance ou un serveur de manœuvre à distance (20) le constituant, un "processus d'attribution de ressources de communication" est exécuté conformément aux compétences de l'opérateur ou analogue de façon à attribuer des ressources de communication à une pluralité de dispositifs de manœuvre à distance (10). Un "processus de contrôle d'informations d'environnement" est exécuté de façon à réduire la quantité de données d'environnement de telle sorte que la quantité de réduction d'informations d'un ou d'une pluralité de bas facteurs d'information d'environnement (ce qui signifie la quantité de réduction d'informations d'environnement en raison d'un changement dans ledit facteur d'information d'environnement) est supérieure à la quantité de réduction d'informations d'un ou de plusieurs hauts facteurs d'information d'environnement. Le processus de contrôle d'informations d'environnement est exécuté dans un mode différent en fonction des différences de ressources attribuées.
