SECURITY TAG WITH PERPENDICULARLY RELEASABLE 3-BALL CLUTCH
An electronic article surveillance tag including a tag body member and a connecting member having a pin portion releasably engageable with the tag body member, wherein the pin portion extends along a first axis. The tag further includes a locking member having a clutch mechanism including a plunger member formed from a non-ferromagnetic material and an unlocking member connected to the clutch mechanism. The unlocking member is moveable along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis between a locked position and an unlocked position, wherein during movement between the locked position and the unlocked position, the unlocking member moves the clutch mechanism between the first position corresponding to the locked state and the second position corresponding to the unlocked state.
La présente invention concerne une étiquette de surveillance d'article électronique comprenant un élément de corps d'étiquette et un élément de liaison pourvu d'une partie de broche pouvant venir en prise de manière libérable avec l'élément de corps d'étiquette, la partie de broche s'étendant le long d'un premier axe. L'étiquette comprend en outre un élément de verrouillage pourvu d'un mécanisme d'embrayage comprenant un élément de piston formé à partir d'un matériau non ferromagnétique et un élément de déverrouillage relié au mécanisme d'embrayage. L'élément de déverrouillage peut se déplacer le long d'un second axe perpendiculaire au premier axe entre une position verrouillée et une position déverrouillée. Lors du déplacement entre la position verrouillée et la position déverrouillée, l'élément de déverrouillage déplace le mécanisme d'embrayage entre la première position correspondant à l'état verrouillé et la seconde position correspondant à l'état déverrouillé.
