FIREPROOF STRUCTURE FOR THROUGH-PENETRATION FIRESTOPPING OF BUILDING
The present invention relates to a fireproof structure installed to prevent fire from spreading through building penetrations where penetrating members such as pipes pass through compartment walls of the building. The present invention has the following advantageous effects. That is, there is no need to construct a conventional heat-insulating material which is separately installed on compartment walls in an area exposed to fire, and thus material costs and labor costs can be reduced. Further, fireproof fillers can expand into the penetrating members at an appropriate temperature without leaving any spaces therein, and thus compartment wall penetrations can be effectively blocked. In addition, the conventional method is disadvantageous in that a fireproof filling structure needs to be constructed directly at the site, and thus many restrictions are placed on working conditions and there are large quality differences among construction workers depending on their proficiencies. Contrarily, the present invention allows all types of fireproof devices to be manufactured by specialized factories, and thus can increase quality consistency and can also solve the problems of construction delay and the like according to the conditions of the site.
La présente invention concerne une structure ignifuge installée pour empêcher un incendie de se propager à travers des pénétrations de bâtiment dans lesquelles des éléments pénétrants tels que des tuyaux traversent des parois de compartiment du bâtiment. La présente invention présente les avantages suivants. Il n'est pas nécessaire de construire un matériau d'isolation thermique classique qui est installé séparément sur des parois de compartiment dans une zone exposée au feu, ce qui permet ainsi de réduire les coûts de matériau et les coûts de main-d'œuvre. En outre, des charges réfractaires peuvent se dilater dans les éléments pénétrants à une température appropriée sans laisser aucun espace à l'intérieur de ceux-ci, et ainsi les pénétrations de paroi de compartiment peuvent être efficacement bloquées. De plus, le procédé classique présente des inconvénients, notamment l'obligation de construire une structure de remplissage ignifuge directement sur le site et donc d'imposer de nombreuses restrictions aux conditions de travail, compte tenu des grandes différences de qualité du travail d'ouvriers du bâtiment en fonction de leurs compétences. À l'inverse, la présente invention permet à tous les types de dispositifs réfractaires d'être fabriqués par des usines spécialisées, et permet ainsi d'augmenter l'uniformité de qualité et également de résoudre les problèmes de retard de construction et similaires en fonction des conditions du site.
본 발명은 파이프 등의 관통부재가 건축물의 격벽을 관통하는 관통부에서 화재가 확산되는 것을 방지하기 위해 설치되는 내화구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 즉, 기존의 화재 노출 구역의 격벽에 별도로 설치되는 단열재의 시공을 필요로 하지 않으므로 자재비 및 인건비가 절감되고, 내화충전재가 알맞은 온도에서 관통부재 내부로 빈틈없이 팽창하여 격벽의 관통부를 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 기존의 방식은 내화충전구조를 현장에서 직접 시공해야 하므로 작업 여건 등에서 여러 제약사항이 뒤따르며 시공자의 숙련도에 따른 품질의 편차가 심하게 나타나는 등의 단점도 함께 가지고 있는데, 본 발명은 모든 내화장치를 전문공장에서 제작가능하게 하여 품질의 균일성을 높이고 현장 여건에 따른 공사의 지연 등에 대한 문제도 해결이 가능하다고 할 수 있다.
