METHOD & MEANS OF FORMING THREADED TIES AND RODS
Method and means of manufacturing ties, fasteners and rods (15) having a plurality of longitudinal threads by forcing a coil of roll-profiled feed-wire made of steel (11) through a twisting-die made of plastic (1). Also described is: a twisting-die made of plastic (1) that is suitable for twisting profiled feed-wire (11) made of steel; a method of forming a plastic twisting die (1) using an axially driven tap (31) in the form of a twisted rod (15); and a helically-shaped member (15) having lead measurements (X) along the length of the helical thread that vary less than pitch measurements (Y) along the lengths of the helical threads.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un moyen de fabrication de liens, de fixations et de tiges (15) présentant une pluralité de fils longitudinaux en forçant une bobine de fil d'alimentation profilé en acier (11) à travers une matrice de torsion en plastique (1). L'invention concerne également : une matrice de torsion en matière plastique (1) qui est appropriée pour la torsion d'un fil d'alimentation profilé (11) en acier; un procédé de formation d'une matrice de torsion en plastique (1) à l'aide d'un robinet à entraînement axial (31) sous la forme d'une tige torsadée (15); et un élément en forme hélicoïdale (15) ayant des mesures de fil (X) le long de la longueur du fil hélicoïdal qui varient moins que les mesures de pas (Y) le long des longueurs des filets hélicoïdaux.
