A method of constructing an underwater concrete block structure (200) includes assembling a plurality of concrete blocks (10) into a concrete block assembly (100), forming a drilled borehole (102) in the underwater ground (20) under a concrete hole (101) of the concrete block assembly (100), and forming a concrete column (110) in the concrete hole (101) and the drilled borehole (102), thereby greatly increasing the stability of the underwater concrete block structure (200). La présente invention concerne un procédé de construction d'une structure sous-marine de blocs de béton (200), consistant à assembler une pluralité de blocs de béton (10) en un ensemble de blocs de béton (100), à former un trou de forage foré (102) dans le sol sous-marin (20) au-dessous d'un trou en béton (101) de l'ensemble de blocs de béton (100), et à former une colonne de béton (110) dans le trou de béton (101) et le trou de forage foré (102), ce qui permet d'augmenter considérablement la stabilité de la structure sous-marine de blocs de béton (200).
