Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stickstoff enthaltenden Silizium-Kohlenstoff-Komposits, wobei man einen oder mehrere Gasströme enthaltend Ausgangsverbindungen des Siliziums, des Kohlenstoff und des Stickstoffs in einen Heißwandreaktor einleitet und die Ausgangsverbindungen bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von ≥ 800 °C bis ≤ 1300 °C zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Ausgangsverbindungen zu einem Stickstoff enthaltenden Silizium-Kohlenstoff-Komposit umgesetzt werden.
The invention relates to a method for producing a nitrogen-containing silicon-carbon composite, wherein one or several gas streams that contain the starting compounds of the silicon, the carbon and the nitrogen are introduced into a hot-tube reactor and the starting compounds are allowed to react at a temperature in the range of ≥ 800°C to ≤ 1300°C, and the starting compounds are reacted to a nitrogen-containing silicon-carbon composite.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composite silicium-carbone contenant de l'azote, un ou plusieurs flux gazeux contenant les composés de départ de silicium, de carbone et d'azote étant introduits dans un réacteur à tube chaud et les composés de départ étant amenés à réagir à une température dans la plage de ≥ 800°C à ≤ 1300°C et les composés de départ réagissant en un composite silicium-carbone contenant de l'azote.
