Offenbart ist ein zunächst ein Bauwerk (1) mit einem Skelett (2) aus senkrechten, in jeweils einem Fundament auf einem Untergrund gelagerten Stützen (6) und an den Stützen (6) angebrachten und sich waagrecht zwischen den Stützen (6) erstreckenden Riegeln, mit auf jeweils nur zwei der Riegel unmittelbar aufliegenden, aus jeweils mindestens einem Seecontainer gebildeten Nutzeinheiten (4), und mit an dem Skelett (2) angebrachten begehbaren Zuwegungen (5) und Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen von dem Untergrund zu jeder der Nutzeinheiten (4). Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Errichten eines solchen Bauwerks (1). Um die Variabilität des Bauwerks (1) zu erhöhen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Stützen (6) in einer Längsrichtung (11) der Nutzeinheiten (4) einen Längsrasterabstand mit dem 0,4- bis 0,6-fachen einer Länge der Nutzeinheiten (4) aufweisen.
The invention relates to a structure (1) comprising: a framework (2) formed by perpendicular supports (6), each mounted in a foundation in the ground; beams attached to the supports (6) and extending horizontally between the supports (6); usable units (4) directly resting on just two respective beams and each being formed by at least one shipping container; and walkable access routes (5) attached to the framework (2) and supply and waste disposal lines from the ground to each of the usable units (4). The invention also relates to a method for erecting a structure (1) of this type. In order to increase the variability of the structure (1), it is proposed that the supports (6) have a longitudinal grid spacing of 0.4 to 0.6 times a length of the usable units (4) in a longitudinal direction (11) of the usable units (4).
L'invention concerne une structure (1) comprenant : un bâti (2) formé par des supports perpendiculaires (6), chacun monté dans une fondation dans le sol ; des poutres fixées aux supports (6) et s'étendant horizontalement entre les supports (6) ; des unités utilisables (4) reposant directement sur seulement deux poutres respectives et étant chacune formée par au moins un récipient d'expédition ; et des voies d'accès mobiles (5) fixées au bâti (2) et des conduites d'alimentation et d'élimination de déchets du sol à chacune des unités utilisables (4). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'érection d'une structure (1) de ce type. Afin d'augmenter la variabilité de la structure (1), il est proposé que les supports (6) comportent un espacement de grille longitudinal représentant 0,4 à 0,6 fois la longueur des unités utilisables (4) dans le sens de la longueur (11) des unités utilisables (4).
