A plant structure (100, 100A, 100B, 100C) comprises: a ceramic member (10) including at least one of an oxide and an oxide hydroxide as a main component and substantially no hydrate, and a plant-derived product (20) that is directly adhered to the ceramic member (10) without using an adhesive substance different from the ceramic material constituting the ceramic member (10). A building member and an interior member include the plant structure.
